Esther Loopstra, artist & educator will share why working from a place of constant hustle, stress and grind can actually be counterproductive and unsustainable.
She will give you a practical, more effective way to start implementing a more intuitive life full of creative flow. You’ve probably experienced flow before. Maybe while doing something you love like cooking, running, painting, working or even in the shower. It feels like you are completely absorbed in the moment, time stands still and you are connected to a deeper sense of yourself and your intuition.
Flow is our optimal state, the place where we are the best version of ourselves. When we are in flow life feels easy, fun and we are motivated from a place of curiosity, not from a list of “shoulds”. Find out how to get into this state and create your life in a more mindful way!
You will learn how to:
create goals from your internal motivation instead of “shoulds”
create space in your calendar and your mind
prioritize your needs in a practical way
listen to your intuition in order to make the best decisions for you
take inventory of what energizes you and what depletes you
let go of limiting beliefs
In this workshop we will use:
A step by step process to help you align with your goals & keep you in flow
Art and writing exercises to connect you to your intuition
Tips on how to use your phone and tech to help get you in flow
Mindfulness exercises you can use in everyday life
Worksheets that will allow you to gain insight into what your flow is and how to bring more of it into your life
